PENGIRIMAN DOSMETIK

  • Semua order akan dikirimkan menggunakan  JNE Regular, syarat dan ketentuan mengenai layanan mereka dapat di cek pada: www.jne.co.id

  • Kami akan mengirimkan barang yang dipesan setelah kami pembayaran penuh diterima.
  • Cek pembayaran akan dilaksanakan setiap hari Senin – Jumat pada pukul 16.00. Pembayaran yang dilakukan setelah pukul 16.00 akan diproses keesokan harinya.
  • Kami akan mengirimkan email konfirmasi pengiriman beserta nomor resi pengiriman 1 (satu) hari setelah pengiriman dilakukan.

BiayaPengiriman

  • Harap mengacu pada data di http://www.jne.co.id untuk biaya pengiriman dalam negri. Biaya pengiriman internasional akan diberikan sesuai permintaan.
  • Nilai tukar mata uang asing terhadap Rupiah dapatberubah-ubah sesuai dengan kondisi pasar. Untuk mengetahui nilai pasti biaya pengiriman, harap menghubungi layanan pelanggan kami via email di: contactus@atsthelabel.com
  • Besarnya biaya pengiriman ditentukan berdasarkan bobot barang yang dikirimkan. Perhitungan biaya pengiriman dilakukan pada kelipatan 1 (satu) kilogram. Perkiraan bobot produk, dapat dicek pada detail informasi barang.
SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN PENGIRIMAN

  • Kami tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap semua kerusakan atau kehilangan yang terjadi karena adanya kesalahan penanganan yang dilakukan oleh pihak penyedia layanan pengiriman (JNE).
  • Kami tidak bertanggungjawab jika pihak penyedia layanan pengiriman (JNE) tidak dapat melakukan pengiriman karena adanya kesalahan pada alamat yang diberikan. Mohon untuk mengecek di web penyedia layanan pengiriman atau layanan pengalaman JNE: (021-2927 8888) untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi.
MENGECEK STATUS PENGIRIMAN

Setelah order dikirimkan, kami akan mengirimkan email mengenai detail nomor resi pengiriman order tersebut. Selain itu, anda dapat melakukan pengecekan nomor resi pengiriman dengan mengakses ID anda pada web kami.

  • Our Finance will check your payment every Monday – Friday at 4PM. So if you transferred your order invoice at 5PM and afterwards, it will be processed the following day.

SHIPPING FEE

  • Please refer to http://www.jne.co.id for domestic rates. International rates are upon request.
  • International rates may change based on exchanged rate. For shipping cost and order please contact our customer service: contactus@atsthelabel.com
  • Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise once the goods are received at the designated address based on the report of the shipping company (JNE)
  • We do not take responsibility if JNE can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been shipped via JNE (domestic), you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging in to your account and viewing your orders.
